Order Processing

All orders are made to order. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for order processing.  Select products may take up to 2 weeks to process. Please allow additional time for the processing of custom and/or large quantity orders. The processing time frames for all products can be located in the product detail section.

Shipment time frames may vary between products. Please check the product detail section for order processing/shipment time frames. Multiple item orders may ship separately.

We use USPS to ship our products via First-Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express.

 **Delivery time frames may vary during the Holidays Seasons. Please expect possible postal delivery delays. 

We want your order to reach you without delay. Please ensure that the address given is the correct shipping address to avoid any delays.  If your order is returned to us and it is determined your package was undeliverable, you may be asked to pay a fee to have your order reshipped to you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was lost/stolen, please contact your local post office for assistance.
